表达艺术治疗工作坊 Expressive Arts Therapy Workshop
表达艺术治疗综合两种以上的艺术媒介，包括视觉艺术、音乐、舞蹈、戏剧、创作故事或游戏，帮助参加者善用内在资源，促进自我了解、提升自我意识和创造力。
此次工作坊主要以「我」为主题，通过游戏、身体塑形和绘画，引导参加者对自我进行观察，与自己的身体、情感、思想和灵性联系，适用于各人士。

Expressive Arts therapy uses self-expression– verbal and non-verbal– such as drawing, movement, drama, music and other forms of personal expression. It allows for a gentle, non-threatening and profound way to express pain and struggle in one’s life, resulting in healing of emotional wounds. Knowledge of arts is not necessary, since creative personal expression varies with each individual.
This form of therapy can benefit professionals and others seeking personal growth in their life.

This workshop addresses subjects such as: who am I. Participants will work through personal emotions to open a possibility for transformation. Working in a safe and supportive space one can reach clarity that allows one to focus on specific needs and create a life that is meaningful, profound, joyous and fulfilling. 

【导师介绍】：沈劼楠

毕业于香港大学社会科学（行为健康）硕士及香港大学表达艺术治疗硕士，为注册教师、注册瑜伽导师、催眠治疗师及表达艺术治疗师。
Ms. Kit Shum was graduated from the Master of Expressive Arts Therapy and Master of Behavioral Health in the University of Hong Kong. She was a registered teacher, yoga teacher, hypnotherapist and expressive arts therapist.

曾任中小学教师，现为中文大学校外进修课程及仁济医院培训中心课程导师、艾尔国际医疗复康中心项目经理及越己堂教育心理治疗中心导师。
曾提供培训服务予锡安社会服务中心、救世军屯门青少年综合服务、香港圣公会乐民郭凤轩综合服务中心、香港基督教女青年会秀群松柏小区服务中心、工联会业余进修中心、香港单亲协会、社会福利署保护家庭及儿童服务课、中小学及幼儿园家长教师培训等，亦曾参与邓树荣戏剧工作室《我点解要系Steve Jobs》戏剧担任演员。
She has been a primary and secondary school teacher and is a current teacher teaching hypnosis, yoga, meditation, singing bowls and art therapy course in The Chinese University of Hong Kong, School of Continuing and Professional Studies, Federation of Trade Union Spare Time Centre and Yan Chai Hospital Training Centre. She is also the project director of IceHealing Health and Pro Limited and the tutor in Potential Engine educational psychotherapy center providing counseling, art therapy and training services.

She has provided training services to Hong Kong Single Parents Association, Social Welfare Department, Envision Hong Kong, H.K.S.K.H. Lok Man Alice Kwok Integrated Service Centre, Rendezvous Arts Club, Zion Social Service, Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association and many kindergarten, primary and secondary schools. She has also participated as actress in <Who needs to be Steve Jobs> drama performance by Tang Shu Wing ProLab Theatre.
